Our mission and history

DZIERGWA is a Polish family company with over 28 years of experience in the design and production of machines for processing polyurethane foam and mineral wool. We create machines that really improve production - precise, durable and tailored to the individual needs of each plant.

The company dates back to the 1980s, when Andrzej Dziergwa ran a locksmith's shop in Kępno. In 1997, he built the first foam cutting machine - a moment that set the direction of the entire company for the following decades. In 2008, the management was taken over by his son, Grzegorz Dziergwa, who implemented modern CNC control and expanded the offer to include machines for mineral wool. Since 2020, he has been running the company together with his son Hubert - a new generation combining craft precision with Industry 4.0 technologies.

Polish production from A to Z

We design and manufacture all DZIRGWA machines from scratch in the plant in Kępno (Greater Poland Voivodeship). We have our own design department (3D CAD), a production hall with machinery, an assembly and commissioning department and a service department. Each device is made from scratch - tailored to the requirements of a specific customer.

We only use components from renowned suppliers: Bosch Rexroth and Igus linear guides, Siemens and SEW inverters and servo motors, Festo and SMC pneumatic systems, CNC controllers and Beckhoff touch panels.

CE certificate and technical documentation

Each DZIERGWA machine has a CE declaration of conformity and meets the requirements of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. We provide full documentation: user manual, electrical and pneumatic diagram, acceptance protocol and declaration of conformity.
