- Air dosing - a stream of compressed air picks up the loosened load and directs it through the nozzle to the pillowcase.
- Filling control - the operator puts the cover on the nozzle and the machine feeds the material until the set volume or weight is achieved.
- Closing and collection - the finished pillow is removed and the pillowcase is sent for sewing/closing.
By loosening the material before serving, the filling is homogeneous and elastic - the pillow has no hard lumps or empty spots. This is crucial for both comfort and aesthetics of the product.
