Polyurethane foam cutting is a specialized process that requires precision machinery and expertise. Modern CNC-controlled cutting machines have revolutionized the industry, enabling manufacturers to achieve unprecedented levels of accuracy and efficiency.

There are several key cutting methods used in the industry: vertical cutting with a blade, horizontal cutting with a band saw, contour cutting with a wire, and hybrid systems that combine multiple cutting technologies in a single machine.
